Stayed here for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The free shuttle service to the nearby market was convenient and saved me a lot of time. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave which made it easy for me to store and heat up my meals. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the conference center and had a supermarket nearby.

Although the room was comfortable, the wifi was a bit slow and made it difficult for me to access my work emails. The breakfast selection was limited and could have been more varied.

Very clean, very friendly, very luxury. Can fully recommend Punnpreeda. 10 min. By walk into next town with shopping possibilities - 15 to 20 min. To Chaweng by taxi.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right on the beach, allowing for stunning views and easy access to the water. The staff at the reception desk were always available and helpful, whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great perk, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

In terms of improvements, the hotel could benefit from some maintenance work. There were some minor issues with the roofs and other areas of the complex that could use attention.

The villa was beautiful! We had the beach front villa and our pool faced the beach and there was also bose system playing bossa nova at a corner of the garden, making sun tanning at the pool a relaxing one. The villa was clean with lots of frangipanis around and was scented with aromatic oil. The snack bar is refillable even for red wine and whiskey. We cooked dinner in the kitchen where they have a pot and pan. They didn't have knife, but the staff was helpful enough to get one for us from their kitchen. Breakfast served every morning was wonderful. Especially the banana pancakes and samui congee. American breakfast was good too, and there were loads of choices to choose from. We rented a jeep, hence the location wasn't much of a problem. It is rather near to the fishermans village, which is a must go for handmade crafts and cheap mojito.

There was no airport transport provided. However, the villa is near to the airport, so we had the staff to help us book a taxi which cost 500 baht to the airport. Villa transport cost 1000 baht.

It is quite place and so private beach with lots of services been given from the hotel management.

The beach full of rocks where it is so difficult to swim. Kitchen need some improvement.

The hotel location is excellent, right on the beach. I loved how close it was to the local shop for essentials. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool.

The staff were walking in while we were sleeping! Two different telephones ringing for breakfast while sleeping! No do not disturb sign! Doors for bathroom in the villa do not shut properly! No hot water in shower! Found a cockroach in bathroom!!!!!!! Honestly think it was not our moneys worth!very disappointed!!!

Friendly and professional staff and a perfectly equiped beachfront villa with breakfast service at the room made our stay unforgettable. Quite beachfront location, easy to access all areas in Samui in short time and hotel shuttle to Chaweng is free. We will be back for sure !

The rooms had a stunning location right next to the beach. For essentials, there was a local shop right across the road. the private pool available with the rooms was a great amenity to have.

Some of the bathroom cabinetry needed maintenance.

During my recent trip, I had a pleasant stay overall. the location was convenient, with easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants. the villa was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice pool. the daily housekeeping service was appreciated.

There were a few issues that detracted from my experience. the noise from nearby traffic and music can be loud at times, making it difficult to relax.
